Preparing for Your Appointment

To help your visit run smoothly, we ask that you:

• Complete any requested forms prior to your visit.
• Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in
• Notify our office in advance if you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment
• Call our office if you are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding so we can determine whether treatment is appropriate
• Inform our office of any medical conditions or planned surgeries prior to your appointment
• Avoid dental appointments (including cleanings) for two weeks before and two weeks after filler treatments
• Plan air travel at least two weeks after any filler appointment
