Consultations are required for all new patients seeking cosmetic injectable treatments with our advanced injectors.
- Consultation Fee: $250
- The consultation fee is secured at the time of booking
- The fee will be applied toward any treatment received within 3 months of your consultation
- Patients who have not been treated by one of our injectors in over two years will be required to schedule a new consultation, and the $250 consultation fee will apply
Consultations for aesthetic spa treatments are available with our Medical Aestheticians, who provide personalized guidance on treatments such as:
- Laser treatments
- Microneedling
- Medical-grade skincare
- Customized skin rejuvenation plans
- Consultation Fee: $75
- This fee is secured at the time of booking and is applied toward any treatment received within 3 months of your consultation.
To help ensure a smooth and efficient visit, we ask that new patients arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
All required paperwork should be completed in advance through the patient portal, including the New Patient Forms and Missed Appointment Policy. Completing these forms ahead of time helps us begin your appointment promptly and allows our team to provide the most attentive care possible.
At Facial Aesthetics Center, we are committed to providing exceptional, individualized treatments in a timely and thoughtful manner. We do not overbook our providers and make every effort to keep our schedule running on time.
Appointments at our practice are in high demand and often have a waiting list. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations prevent other patients from accessing available appointment times.
To provide the best experience for all patients, we ask that you review and adhere to our Missed Appointment Policy outlined below.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday, we ask that you notify our office by 12:00 PM preceding Thursday. This allows our team enough time to offer the appointment to another patient on our waiting list.
If an unexpected or compelling circumstance arises, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame may result in the following fees, which must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment:
Late Cancellation (Less Than 48 Hours Notice)
- $100 Late Cancellation Fee
No Show Policy
A missed appointment without notice will result in the following charges:
- Spa Services: 100% forfeiture of the full service price
- Neurotoxin Appointments (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.): $300 fee
- Filler Treatments (Sculptra®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, Juvéderm®, etc.) or PRP Hair / PRP Facial: $900 fee
If we are able to rebook your missed appointment time with another patient, the No Show fee may be reduced to $100.
For services that require a deposit, a late cancellation or no show will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
An appointment is considered a No Show if a patient does not arrive for their scheduled appointment time.
A Late Show occurs when a patient arrives 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time. In these cases, we may need to reschedule the appointment and the visit may be treated as a No Show depending on provider availability.
Appointments may also be considered a No Show if they are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing available appointment times and may result in the applicable No Show fees outlined above.

- Gratuity cannot be added to credit card payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice
All purchases of skincare products, treatments, treatment packages, and gift certificates are considered final sale and non-refundable.
Facial Aesthetics Center is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates.
